Fitness and self improvement industries are weird. Trying to sell us on self love and acceptance from one side and then handling us slimming teas and "abs in 24 hours" kind of programs.
I don't know about you, but Im completely over the quick fix mentality. The only thing that has ever worked for me is consistency and putting in the work.

When I first started focusing on improving my life, I was absolutely mesmerized by the people seemed like they had it all together. They seemed to be moving so effortlessly through life and with such ease, while I was huffing and puffing with 30 extra pounds and a job I loathed.
And let's not even talk about the negative people I allowed in my life, the emotional eating when I was home alone, and the total gym confusion. I just felt like I had no control, no matter how hard I tried.
With more and more time spent focusing on personal growth, I started seeing great benefits by finding the sustainable methods that felt like they authentically worked in my life.
I felt more mental clarity, a relaxed attitude, and a level of ease when it came to taking on the hard challenges is life. But I also knew I wanted MORE in terms of my body, my sports performance, my career, my relationships, and my life.

Fitness is simply not just about getting strong, lean, fast, etc. But in order to create real sustainable habits, the body and mind needs to be flexible and able to roll with the punches.

I must admit here, I was a bit stupid. Even though I knew that mindset and fitness were important to make me physically and mentally stronger, I still thought that doing random workouts and reading a book or two a year was going to help me achieve the goals. After all, there are people on Instagram that have achieved some crazy stuff.

Things changed for me when I got fed up enough with not seeing any progress that I went on a hunt for teachers that would help me achieve my goals.
After being given structured plans to follow, I started to finally see my strength, physically and mentally, increasing. How so? Because I was finally training for it.
I was able to move through my life smoothly, execute a plan to the end, actually show up powerfully for myself in my life.
I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and Coach. And, I created the program ELEVATE for people just like you.
