This program helps you develop the skill, strength, and confidence of an ALL STAR in under 90 minutes of roller derby workouts each week.

Nutrition and Fitness Coaching

With 8+ years of success and experience, I am capable of analyzing your goals and current habits to create a nutrition and/or fitness plan that will help you reach your goals. Most plans include healthy eating and exercise, to ensure the best results for my clients. Together, you and I will work to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.

With Krash Course, my goal is to change your view on workouts, nutrition, and mindset so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. I strongly believe that progress beats perfection every single time.
