Throughout my 12 weeks in KCIT, I was able to maintain a healthy life balance, learn some delicious new recipes, develop new skills to help my continued success, get moving (at home and in the gym), and engage with a community of like-minded women.
The KCIT community is phenomenal...our members and or coaches.
We share, we ask, we encourage, we engage and we empower.
This community helped me keep a positive outlook through uncertainty and when I was facing a plateau.
I was able to lean on my KCIT family and see these challenges through.
When I reached the end of my program I had lost 20 pounds, but gained so much more; physical and mental strength, increased confidence, and most importantly a community of smart, strong, amazing women whom I will cherish forever."
